GAUGING FUNNEL


Equipped with pedestal and three different spouts. The main spring allows to operate with the maximum precision when casting liquid or creamy foods (jellies, chocolates, mini-desserts ...) simply modulating the pressure on the primary lever. Essential to serve gravies or sauces without imbruing the plate, to dose fillings in chocolate and for bonding of jams on tea biscuits.
