Stainless steel rings to give ultimate precision in cooking, molding and processing filled layered cakes, sponge cake, mousse, parfaits. The grooves in the outer part allow a secure grip even with hot pan just taken out the oven. The small ring is mainly used for layer-fillings with cream or mousse.
